Our Thesis:

Ai Products will be rapidly adopted by B2B Customers.B2B SaaS Companies need a new, Ai First business model to remain competitive.Ai2C (“Ai to Customer”) is the solution.

(1) An Ai Business Model is needed to win with Ai Value Propositions- AI's "done for you" value prop requires a shift from traditional, top-down bureaucratic structures to more agile, cross-functional organizational structures.- The current B2B SaaS business model, a relic of the industrial era, relies on a functional org structure and complex hierarchies.- AI disrupts this model by requiring broader spans of control and supercharging worker productivity as a co-pilot- The current rules of will hold back, not enable, Ai Product development, distribution, and scale.

(2) AI is a New Type of Worker- AI blurs the lines between labor and capital, acting as a new input that combines the scalability of capital with the functionality of labor, at nearly zero marginal cost.- This unique characteristic of AI will re-write the rules of our economic system, which has been defined by the “Production Function” since the 1840s.

(3) AI's Transformation of User Experience- The future of SaaS lies in AI-driven personalization, significantly improving the user experience for customers & workers.- The B2B SaaS Product Experience, reliant on clicks, finding documents, and balancing getting work done with meetings, emails, and pings - tasks, will become obsolete as AI quickly becomes preferred by users over incumbent SaaS solutions.- Unfortunately, most SaaS companies will only superficially integrate AI, leading to declines in market share as Enterprise credible Ai Products emerge.

(4) The Innovator’s Dilemma (see our logo)- The 'Innovator’s Dilemma' highlights how incumbents often overlook the transformative nature of emerging technologies, leading to their downfall or a significant reduction in market presence.- B2B SaaS companies, in 2024, have an opportunity to shift their business models to support AI and rapidly begin rolling out AI-enhanced product features.- Some companies, like Canva and Intercom, exemplify this approach well. (5) Our Founder’s Experience- I've been hands-on in building business operations for remote-first SaaS companies since before Covid, I have witnessed the struggles firsthand, including my own layoff in October 2023.- The B2B SaaS sector today faces bankruptcies, layoffs, lack of innovation, and declining worker morale.
